Bentley house nursing home is constantly striving to achieve high standards of nursing care because of the human nature of the service it is probable that we may occasionally "get it wrong", with your help we can hopefully rectify any problem immediately.
Depending on the seriousness of the problem you can approach it in different ways:
- Inform the senior nurse on duty of the problem, give as much information as possible and describe
how you would like the problem resolved. - Inform the Care Manager.
