VISITORS
Bentley House has an open visiting policy and visitors are welcome at any time. However, in very exceptional circumstances visitors maybe asked to leave, such circumstances would include a visitor causing distress to a resident, or a visitor whose behaviour was unacceptable We ask that you respect other residents privacy and the need for quiet when visiting early in the morning or late at night. All visitors are asked to sign in and out at reception to comply with the fire regulations. Pets are allowed to visit with prior arrangement.
